Return Policy

At BlinkFind, most services (AI Resume Builder, job postings, premium features, job matching subscriptions) are digital services/products. Once purchased and accessed (e.g., resume generated/downloaded, job posting live or premium features activated), they are generally non-returnable.

Returns are considered only in cases of technical errors on our platform that prevent access to the purchased service (e.g., payment debited but no access granted). Physical products (if any) may have separate return windows.

Follow these steps to request a return:

• Contact our support team within 3 days of purchase with your order details and reason.
• We will investigate and, if eligible, process a return/refund.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
