BlinkFind offers refunds under specific conditions to ensure fair usage of our AI-powered job services, resume builder, job postings and premium features.

Refundable Cases

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery (e.g., payment processed but no access to resume builder or job posting).
  • Accidental duplicate payments (subject to verification).
  • Cancellations before service activation (e.g., job posting not yet live).
  • As per applicable Indian laws or payment provider rules (Razorpay).

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Digital services once accessed or delivered (resumes generated, profiles boosted, job applications sent, premium features used).
  • Subscriptions after the billing cycle starts (partial refunds may be considered at our discretion).
  • Services where value has been derived (e.g., job matches received, resume downloads).

Refund Process & Timeline

  • Submit a refund request via email to blinkfindofficial@gmail.com within 7-14 days of purchase, including transaction ID and reason.
  • We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (processing time depends on your bank/payment provider).
  • All refunds are at the sole discretion of BlinkFind.in. For Premium subscriptions, refunds may follow platform-specific rules similar to industry standards (e.g., within 7 days with limited usage).
